Affiliate disclosure
organicclothing.eu is free to use and free to be listed on. Part of its cost is covered by affiliate commissions: when you follow a link to a shop and buy something, some shops pay us a percentage of the sale.
How affiliate links are marked
Any link that may earn a commission says so directly under the button: "Affiliate link: we may earn a commission, at no cost to you." Links without that line do not earn us anything. All links to shops pass through an address starting with /go/ on this site, so we can count clicks; that applies to every shop link, paid or not.
What it changes
Nothing about the price you pay. Nothing about which brands are listed: brands with no affiliate programme are listed the same way. Nothing about certification status: a commission cannot turn a claim into a checked certification.
Paid profiles
Brands may in future pay for an enhanced profile (more products shown, a contact form). If they do, the profile will be marked as paid on the page. Payment never affects what we record about a brand's certifications.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. Some affiliate links go through Awin, an affiliate network that credits a purchase to us. Before such a link we show a short page of our own that asks whether Awin may record the visit, with cookies and similar techniques (including recognising your device), on its own domain and on the shop's site, for up to a year. If you agree, the link goes through Awin; if not, it goes straight to the shop and Awin is not involved. Your answer counts for that one click and is not stored. Links from other affiliate networks are not used until they get the same question. Shops may also set their own cookies on their own sites, under their own privacy policies. See our privacy policy.
